Red Frog Fitness has been helping busy people in and around Milton recapture control of their bodies and make strength from the inside out for over 10 times. We give fun and effective out-of-door group training outside Suncorp Stadium in a relaxed and probative terrain. We feed for all fitness situations and injury enterprises. Every session can be acclimated to insure every customer works hard every session and gets results. Getting fitter and stronger with people who prefer to exercise outside rather than in a spa( which can be intimidating and boring) is a great way to achieve your health and fitness pretensions. We believe that regular exercise not only helps you physically but is critical to perfecting your internal fitness.

Stairs, chairpersons and bars are incorporated into sessions every week to mix effects up.
