To design, carry out, and optimize our online marketing initiatives, MarketWave Digital is looking for a dynamic and data-driven digital marketing executive. The ideal applicant will be passionate about achieving quantifiable growth and possess practical experience in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and content planning.
This is a hybrid role that offers flexibility and exposure to global clients, with three days spent in the office and two days spent remotely each week.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Utilizing Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite, track and evaluate campaign performance indicators.
In collaboration with the design team, create and plan social media content.
Oversee email marketing campaigns using HubSpot or Mailchimp. Examine audience behavior, market trends, and rival performance.
Create performance reports every week and make recommendations for enhancements.
Work together with copywriters, developers, and designers to deliver campaigns.

🛠️ Required Skills & Tools
- Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Search Console with Google Analytics SEO (On-Page, Off-Page, Technical)
- Social media management and content strategy
- Automation of emails (HubSpot, Mailchimp)
- Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for reporting
- Basic familiarity with Shopify or WordPress is preferred
🎓 Education
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or IT
Preferred: Digital Marketing Certification (Google / HubSpot / Meta)
💼 Experience
Experience: 2–3 years in a digital marketing or agency environment
Portfolio: Examples of past campaigns or case studies are a plus
